Looks like a coralife skimmer. Not very impressed. That needlewheel is just....wrong.

Thats not a NW, its a paddlewheel which is suppose to be better. that skimmer doesn't look to great, but it doesn't look to bad either. If it is rated for a large tank (more than 200g) and under 125-150 bux shipped, then it may be worth a shot. But i do agree it should be in line pricewise with the coralife superskimmer. IMO, there are better skimmers for the price out there.

Looks like the Coralife w/ a few main differences. The Coralife is nicer imo. Its all relative. It'd be nice if it had a buy it now price.

If you replace the pump with a Gen-x and put a mesh wheel impeller on it, it will work really good. I've owned a CSS before they work pretty good stock and I ran it that way for awhile before I moded the impeller with fishing line.

its a finnex skimmer, i got one off of ebay a couple of mths ago fr 65 shipped, the guy false advertised it as a supperskimmer 125 when i got it i even used the coralife instructions to put it together, the middle part in the skimmer was loose so i sent it back. but when i had it it actually has a larger diametr than the superskimmer 125 the pump seemed to be garbage but it was used so i dont knw if its poor design or just worn out, i aggree though for 100- 150 $ i would just get a coralife skimmer in stead.
