You guys seem to get these in pretty regularly and I've thought about buying one but I have a couple of questions. First, what do you feed them at your facility? Second, what is the difference between the divers den specimens and the ones that are not listed under this section other than the price?

ClamIAm,

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to help with your questions. We are checking with our Aquaculture Coral and Marine Life Facility to find out what we are currently feeding the Tube Anemone featured in our Diver’s Den. We will be posting in this thread as soon as we receive their information.

The Diver’s Den items typically have a more vibrant coloration and markings compared to the specimens listed in the regular LiveAquaria sections. Additionally, you will receive the exact item that is pictured when it is purchased from the Diver’s Den.

ClamIAm,

Thank you for your patience! We have checked with our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility this morning in regards to your questions about feeding the Tube Anemones we house here. The Cerianthus sp. Anemones are target feed enriched mysid shrimp at night while the lights are off, as they are nonphotosynthetic.

If you have any more questions please feel free to contact our LiveAquaria Department at 1-800-334-3699. We hope you find this information beneficial.
