Have many of you used them and what has been your experience when your order arrived. I will say I have used them since 1970 when they were owned by another company that slips my mind right now sighn of age.:(

I have had excellent results in ordering livestock. They were generally larger than I expected and arrived in excellent condition. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service. I ordered live stock from them three times, each time was excellent. I ordered a powerhead, dead on arrival. They sent me a new one overnight, told me to keep the broken one. Not that it's any use to me, guess I can use it for parts.

I've also had the same results with reefhotspot.com. Excellent!

I've ordered inverts, corals, fish, plants, clams and LR from them atleast 50 times in the past 5 years. I would recommend everything except maybe the LR, theres better out there. But their corals and everything else is about as good as it gets, especially from their diver's den section. Great customer service and they have always refunded anything that had died in shipment or within 14-30 days which is an awsome guarantee. They even refunded the order when I didn't sign for it and they just left it on my steps! They need better dry goods though, most of it is for freshwater.

Great Service and they stand behing their arrive alive stay alive policy. No questions asked. I had a few items die off on me and they immediately placed a credit on my account and offer the option to credit your credit card. Unbeatable.

Seems not very cheap to send for fish this way when you add the $34.99 it realy raises the price way above LFS.

you'll have that with any online fish/LR/invert/anything live business. i try and get my stuff at my LFS, but they're also marked up to include what they had to pay for shipping. i have ordered LR & LS from liveaquaria. very happy with the LR, i like the looks of the carribean LR i got from them, also seemed like a lot of rock for 40#. i've even recently ordered fish and inverts from them (midas blenny, black barred convict goby, porcelain crab, and a cleaner shrimp). everything got to my door on time and in perfect health. i also agree on the customer service, best i've ever seen anywhere. i had some things break on their way to my door(kent biosediment container broke open and ruined the timer power strip), and they sent me new products the next day, and i got to keep and use the remaining biosediment that didn't spill out. i will definitely order from them in the future.

If I'm not mistaken they may have been called Flying Fish Express years ago. I ordered from them about 6-7 years ago; some live rock and a cleaner crew. I was happy with everything however my sea cucumber was DOA. I called them and gave me a credit, no questions asked.

I have been out of the hobby for the last 5 years but am jumping in again.

I ordered some inverts from them a few weeks ago and my only complaint is regarding FedEx. They were to deliver 'by 3:00pm) and I waited around all day and they didnt show up until 12 til 3:00.

I have ordered coral frags and equipment from them and have nothing but good things to say about them; Recently I upgraded my lighting and had to go through 3 fixtures before I got one that was operating properly; obviously not there fault but the 2 replacements were sent out next day air (both times) at no charge to me; they stand behind their livestock guarantee and the customer service imo is very good.

I know, I was being impatient. Next time I'll just have the shipment held at FedEx and I'll go pick them up :D
