So I’ve been having trouble feeding my anemone due to a little food thief know as my Niger Trigger. Every time I try and feed my anemone the Trigger will some way or another find a way to steal the food from the anemone. Just yesterday I spent 40mins guarding the anemone while it was eating. Just when I thought the Trigger couldn’t get the food and let my guard down, the Trigger ripped the food right out of the anemone’s mouth/body cavity (I was soooooooooo freaking ****ed)!!:mad2: If I could somehow spank my Trigger I totally would. My question is, could I feed my anemone under the cover of night while the Trigger is asleep? Are anemone’s even able to eat without light energy to power digestion? Anyone have experience with night feeding and anemones? Thanks everyone.

I feed my anemone at night for the same reason. It readily accepts food in the dark.
