What is the error message? What are the IP settings in the AquaController? From the command shell, can you telnet (telnet 192.168.0.151) into the AquaController?

also on the ACIII I can not set the port to anything under 100

The port number is set incorrectly on the controller. Continue to press the down button which adjusting the AquaController webserver port until it does read 80. There is a bug in the current firmware so that only the left 4 digits of the port are displayed, so port numbers greater than 9999 will be displayed incorrectly.

No, set it to 80. If you have it as 9980, then you would access the controller with http://192.168.0.151:9980 .

ok, thanks, it works now. so to be able to view it from work, just leave the port set to 80 and point my router to it??

also, is there a problem with mounting a dc4 upside down?

Follow the instructions here: http://www.neptunesys.com/hardwareFAQ.htm#ETHERNET . You need to setup your router to forward port 80 to the AquaController. Most likely you'll want to setup up a dndns.org account as well so that you'll always have a DNS name that points back to your home network IP address.
