View Full Version : White dots on glass

I noticed them yesterday. I cleaned the the glass with my mag float, but they came back today. They are tiny bright white spots with what looks to 5-6 extensions coming off each of them. Any clues.

It could be hundreds of things. Most likely either Spirorbid Worms, Hydroids, Copepods, or Isopods.

assuming they dont crawl around, i would say hydroid jellyfish. they will die off soon enough :)

Do you have snails? They could be "deposits" made overnight by your algae eatin friends!

they sound like small tube worms.

I would go out on a limb and say either Hydroids or Aiptasia. Niether are good.
