im getting a couple of hydro Koralia circualtion pumps, i want to get a couple of koralia 4 that will move 1200 GPH, do you think that is to much for my 46 gal bowfront tank???, i want to get those because i will get a bigger tank in the future and i might end up using these in that tank probably a 150 gal, thanks

People will argue this to infinity, but my personal preference is that you cannot have too much flow in the tank. The key though is understanding the kind of flow needed.

Read this article:

In terms of experience, I had a tunze 6060 in a 55 gallon with my only issue being placement of coral suitable for that kind of flow.

I agree you cant have to much flow, but in my experience I am sure with many others you just dont want to make a sand storm I honestly think you will be fine with those two pumps on your 46, although on a 150 they arent going to be enough for my liking..
