4th of July Party Picknick with Anthony Calfo

We are trying to plan MASLACS 4th of July bbq-picnick-party-meeting-whateveryouwannacallit (Actually it looks like it will be July 14th but whats 10 days between friends?) with guest speaker Anthony Calfo. We are thinking about catering the party, or possibly just making the food there... We need someone to step up and help arrange the food prep. Who's interested?

Dave: I though I volunteered to do that. I could use some help, however.

I was thinking of something different -- how about stir fry? Lots of veggies, chicken, steak, pork, fried rice, noodles -- whatever. Something for everyone.

Or we could do Philly cheesesteak sandwiches.

Or we could do hot dogs and burgers and apple pie, ho hum...

Oh, ok George. I thought you were offering up your house so I didn't think you wanted to be incharge of food also... go get 'em!

Ok so we need to figure out the main dish,
plates and utensils
comdements (soy sauce?)
desserts
tables/chairs
ice/beverages
