I can't really see what you are referring to. Can you get a clearer shot of the coral or describe the "bubbles" in more detail??

look right in the middle of the pic, you cant miss em...they are pink so they blend in, but the texture makes them readily visible. Looks like a tiny pink bubble coral growing out of the acro.

Could it be some sort of cluster of eggs? Or does it look like its actually a part of the coral?

I wouldnt say eggs...it looks more like some polyps that have blown up like a balloon, literally like a bubble coral.

i have never had this problem but there was a thread awhile back about blistering acros......i believe that was the term they used for it....i would do a search for that, because ive never had it happen to me.

I agree with Rob, this looks like what that thread was about, blistering acro.
