Not a molt unfortunately. I saw him an hour ago, upside down and still moving his arms, but now hes not moving at all.

This makes over half of the items dead that I bought from saltwaterfish.com on my first order from them. I will never be buying fish or items online EVER again after this experience.

Mine does sleep upside down sometimes. But mostly it sleeps right side up.

Edit: Oops it does sleep upside down on the rock not sand.

Did u QT any of the fish you got from Saltwater.com?

did you acclimate them properly? how long were they in your tank before you started to notice problems?

lastly wat are you tank parameters?

Everything has been in a quarantine tank. The parameters are fine, I checked them a few minutes ago. Everything is 0. Calcium is fine as well to assist shrimp in molting.

Yes, I definately acclimated them properly on Tuesday. The shrimp was fine earlier today and eating.

Odd, while I don't doubt the possibility of the fish being sent ill, i wonder what else could have gone wrong. keep us updated on what the website does or doesnt do for you. GL

Well most shrimp will molt due to the stress of being shipped.

Could have died during a botched molt.

It doesn't look like he tried to molt at all. Basically, I checked him an hour before and he was fine. An hour later, he was upside-down on the sand but still moving. After another hour, no movement at all.

I've had a cleaner die before during a molt, and it was obvious. This looks nothing like that.

ROFL...I made a post on their forums saying my items died. I was not rude or offensive in any way. I was just asking if it was normal for items to arrive like this.

10 minutes later my post is gone and I am banned from their forums.

Censorship at it's finest.

I haven't seen my shrimp sleep yet. He wanders around day and night.

I just purchased fish from there too. I am drip acclimating as I speak. I hope I have better luck than you.
