ID Please

I came across this tube like creature in my live rock. Can anyone ID it for me please.

Also I discovered a new crab and some type of flat looking work. The crab was small with one big claw and one small reddish looking one. The flat creature was striped black and white and when it came out released some white stuff into the water. I was unable to get pictures of these two creatures, but if I can get them then I will post them. Thanks
