beautiful tank.
did you have any problems acclimating your corals to the t5's?

I would also like to know the answer to bigfruits question. And how fast does everything grow?

Absolutely fantastic tank. Looks way bigger than 33 gallons. Was it custom?

Thanks and the setup filtration wise is just a 10g tank with baffles and liverock in the center. I have a CSS 65 skimmer in the sump and have a mag 7 return. Very simple.

Now all i need to do is build a hood. :)

Thanks alot everyone for the complements!!! :D

That's the tank I have. I've been thinking about upgrading to T5's. I wondered if it was going to be too much light, since the tank is so shallow, but I guess this answers my question.

Is that lots of small pieces of rock piled up? I hate my rockwork, but I think maybe my pieces are just too big. The depth of the tank won't let me stack them the way I want them.

Cool beans....i like my rockwork to a certain extent. I just reaquascaped a couple weeks back into this 2 island theme and am still not happy with the upper sections. Some of the peices are TOO small so i need to pick up some bigger peices from work.

The T5's are great and i wish i had more actually. :D I cant get enough light!!! :)

Amazing!

I wanted to downgrade from a 48x12x19 because I prefer the long and shallow look. You just conviced me. The good thing is I can use same stand.

My next tank will be a 40 long, same footprint but four inches taller. I had a 55 gallon that I never used, but too tall. Too much wasted height.

Thanks, no epoxy here. Just a combination of Fiji and Hatain rock. The Hatain rock have alot of flat peices so i tried to incorporate the fiji on the bottom with the hatain on top etc, making those nice caves. :)

Do your T5's have individual relfectors? And what bulbs are you running? I have a 20L with a 2x24 retro, and I just ordered another 2x24 today so I'm really curious what bulbs you have. :D
