can you take the rock out? (i.e. no other corals on it)...if so, use a soldering iron and burn it at the base....that should take care of it....otherwis, use pickling lime juice....

cheers

Boil water, suck up with turkey baster, shoot in face of Aptasia, Aptasia dies. Very easy, nothing to buy.

However, if you have coraline on the rock don't shoot the water too hard or it will get killed off too.

Man.... i have tried all the tricks like kalk, boiling water, and venegar. None of this ever worked for me. If I see one now I take the rock out and drill a hole in it where the little @#%$&* was. I like the soldering iron idea though.

I love aiptasia. It's so fun to get rid of.
Tiny syringe full of white vinegar(probably any vinegar really)
inject into or as close as possible to aiptasia and it's gone.
Anyone who says this doesn't work has never tried it.
Hardest part for me was getting the syringe. (no I'm not a junkie I'm an aquarist) LOL.

This method works so well.

Anyone got a photo of one of these things? I have a new growth and was wondering if it was this... Got three actually... I hope it's just a nice new growth and not something bad...
