Why? Theyr'e still alive, some have been tubeless for months now.
Is this in a bare bottom tank? They need sand or crushed coral or something to build there tube out of. They might have ditched their tubes because of stress.
BTW...Aren't candirus the ones that are parasitic and really small or is there a larger species?

There is a two inch sand bed. They are kep in med flow, levels are fine, my lps and the other half of my featherdusters are doing quite well, except for the ones who I introduced to Mr. Mantis. Anything else? The only thing I'm having problems stabilizing is my temperature, are they overly sensitive to flux?
Thanks guys.

Actually, aquarium temperatures are too stable. They should have a nice swing to it, just like in nature.

A nice swing to them yes, but my only means of heating this tank is the lighting. Natural temps dont drop that much in a 24 hour period, do they?
