Purigen and Calcium Buffer.....

I am using in my tank, about a tablespoonful 2x a week:

ESV B-ionic Calcium Buffer System:
Component Number 1 - alkalinity,
Component Number 2- calcium

Can I use Purigen with this, or will one counteract/cause problems with the other??

No, you shouldn't have any sort of issue between the two. Purigen has a high affinity for organic compounds, not calcium and alkalinity. If it does have any, then it is slight and of no concern.
