ive seen it and im pretty sure its all good because its fresh greens. i like the buy the freshest food grade nori available. and i have seen many people use it but i would just us the dark green tops mostly plus there is no white rind to chew on. i have also heard of using broccoli and shredded carrots also but i havnt tried it yet. but i would say through in a little piece and watch them devour it ;) Also most important thing wash throughly very throughly you dont want any bug pesticides in your tank or in your tangs stomach

ye sof course iw oudl reccommend nori being that it is the natural veggies it would eat in the wild well as close to it as they sell anyways but feeding him all different kinds of veggies would be best so yes i would switch it up ever now and then but i do believe that nori has much more nutrients expecially when you soak in in zoecon and selcon on and off ;) and with the nori being dried it will soak up all the couple of drops of it you will use ;)

most grocery stores will have it, your LFS should, or a local Asian market.

Health food markets too. It is the stuff that you wrap sushi in.

There is dried, toasted and roasted. Try and get dried if you can.

yes make sure and feed nori, but romaine is a great filler for the fish also. I have a naso tang that I got from a fellow member that was only raised on romaine for over 4 yrs! He is as beautiful and huge as they come.
