Seios and flow

I have two of the smallest Seio's and one of the large Seio (dont have numbers im at school right now:rolleyes: ) in my 90 reef. Where should I put them in my tank and what flow setup should I use? Whats a not too expensive wavemaker I may add? I have the dual coralife timer, what timmings should I have them on? thanks!

the seio are not made to be turned no and off. seio makes it own wave maker that truns the power to seio to 50% then to 100% back and forth
