So I've been waiting 2 weeks for my new skimmer to arrive at the lfs and today when I went in, the owner still didn't have it so he gave me a different one. The one I ordered was a Euro Reef RS 135 and what he gave me was a Schuran JetSkim 150 which seems to be a better skimmer anyways. So I took it home and plugged it in to give it a try and noticed water coming out from where the removable collection cup meets the main body. I took the collection cup off and saw recessed ring milled out in the top where the collection cup goes like there needs to be an o ring or something but I didn't get one. I've tried to see if there is a manual or a parts break down for the skimmer but can't find one online. Does anyone have any experience with this skimmer?

i cant remember if the 150 does or not.

Found out the problem. I just had the water level too high in the skimmer. I've never used a skimmer like this before and just need to get used to using it.
