I have a 5.5 gallon tank. My rock has anemone on them that look like tube worms but the tubes are clear. I was told they were bad and had to get rid of them. I can't post a pic because my camera is busted. Can I get a "natural predator that eats these things?

A few butterflyfish will eat them (aiptasia), but they are too big for your tank. People sometimes have luck with pepermint shrimp eating them.

it really sounds like....exactly what u called them, tube worms, aka feather dusters, which, are worms which live in a tube made of sediment that feed on the phyto, and zoo plankton.

now, because you have a nano, and i don't have a pic to go off of, i believe what the LFS is thinking of is Aptasia, a nusiance anemone, that stings corals, etc. Their Natural Predator is the PEPPERMENT shrimp, which would be just fine in ur 5.5 gallon.
