I have a 180g with the following:
One medium sized Yellow Tang.
Five Paijama Cardinals.
One Mandarin Dragonette.
Three cleaner shrimp.

This system also has 60g of refugia. I'm conservative (*ahem* cheap) and I don't particularly like to have a high maintenance tank so I keep the amount of nutrients I have to put in it to a minimum. So, not very many fish. I will probably not buy another Yellow Tang because they're nearly fished out of parts of Hawaii.
I'd go with one Tang. Maybe one dwarf Angelfish.
Be careful about how many pod pickers you put in the tank. I only have one in mine. The Six Line is a fairly aggressive fish IME and may provide a little too much competition for food with any Dragonettes you buy.
It wasn't particularly meant to turn out that way, but now that my PJs are pretty good sized they hang schooled together in the water and make a pretty good centerpiece of the system.
Aren't Anthias supposed to need a fair amount of live plankton?
I also like cleaner shrimp, but they do need to be fed or they will start going after each other.
I'd consider this:
One Tang.
One dwarf Angel (*maybe* reef safe). Check carefully before buying.
A small number (say, half a dozen or so) of smallish schooling fish as a sort of centerpiece. The firefish might be a good choice. Or you might consider some Green Chromis.
A few cleaner shrimp.
Add a Six Line or a Dragonette after the system has gotten established for six months or so.
