I would be curious to know who' the most dominant?

I would think that would depend on age/size of each fish. I'm interested to know this answer as they are both beautiful.

I don't think it's a good idea from what I've seen. At my LFS, they have a powder brown and a powder blue in a 1000 gallon tank and all they do is chase each other around all day. They are both so stressed that they are the only fish with ich in the store. They've tried to catch them but it's damn near impossible when all they do is chase each other.

That said, I'm sure someone, somewhere is doing it without any trouble.

Usually tangs with the same body shape don't do well with each other. That's why I was currious to see if anybody has done it. I have a Powder Blue with a Yellow now. They do alright, but bicker from time to time. I want to add some more tangs when I upgrade to my 150. a Powder Brown was low on the list, but I wanted to check out all options.

Would you be moving all your livestock into the new tank?

Yes. That's the only way I could get it to work if it would work at all. I'd have to introduce them all at the same time.
