Last Thursday & came back to my office from lunch & found my 3 - 250 metal halide lamps floating in my tank. A plastic hook had broken & allowed 1 side of the strip of lamps drop into the tank.

I immediately did a 20% water change & crossed my fingers. Thanks to a couple of reefers on the general forum I went to the lfs & purchased a HOT magnum & have been running it with the carbon filter for the last 24 hours. Today some of the sps corals have begun to extend their polops, but do not seem to be getting their original color back.

Did they get bleached? Is there anything else that I can do to help restore their color?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
