aiptasia and fuge question

i have some aiptasia only in my fuge at this point from some LR i just added. should i get rid of them or will they spread to the main tank?

they will spread through the entire tank and sump. peppermint shrimp is the best way i know of to rid of them. ive tryed many ways, the shrimp work best. get a pair and they will mate like rabbits, this creates food for you fish also. mutha' nature at its finest!! :)

I had them take over my fuge and they started to kill off my caulepra, a couple peppermint shrimp did the trick.
