I am a winner!!! No, not the Big Jackpot of millions, but of an Eclipse System 6 (six gallon) aquarium. It has bio-wheel filtration and a compact flourescent light. My thoughts are to put two damsels in the tank with two snails and call it a day, but my wife wants a seahorse.

Is it worth setting up as a refugarium or just a simple separate tank. Should I just donate to the local YMCA? I have 6 pounds of extra live rock and live sand for the base, so set up would be inexpensive. I am just not sure what to do with it. My goal is to keep it simple as taking care of one tank of corals is enough... Your thoughts are appreciated.

i can say from experience a six gallon for sea horses is going to be tough in my opinion. if it were me i would either put just a oscelaris clown and a clown goby and call it a day.

I was going to put a seahorse in a 12 gallon nano (i was going to buy a nano for it) but they need a tall tank, it was suggested 29 gallon or bigger (although i seen them in a 12 before) because they have a higher bio-load supposabley.
