sorry the pic isn't better, but it had to be quick ... this crab is gun-metal blue (and bald!) and looks extremely strong. His body is about the size of a half-dollar. There was one other thread a little while ago that had one also (and a better pic). I think it whomped a Mantis, cause it is now in the Mantis' house! and I think I first noticed the mantis tail sticking out from under the rock...upside down! El Muerte ???? Have some traps set for this guy and the mantis ... almost got it with tweezers last night. He moves even too fast for Picasso (my triggerfish) ... Thanx if anyone can help .... Bruce
