will they do good in high flow or should i keep it out of the flow as much as possible.. i want to move it up higher b/c i think it looks kinda bare on one side of my tank but i don't wanna anger it.. its doing good on the bottom but i think it would look better higher lol

It is a medium flow medium light coral.

Mine loves high lighting and higher flow, but has done as well in lower flow lower light area's too. They can be pretty adaptable this way, altough certain species of sarcophyton do prefer higher lighting than others. He'll probably shed or look upset when you move him, that's to be expected.

I have them in various places and they all seem to do fine as long as they are getting decent light and current. They usually pout for a few days when they get moved but eventually return to normal.

Mine doesn't really care as I had him almost everywhere in the tank with different condition. He even split up on the foot. I have a tiny one growing, very special.
