how long til pvc cement is reefsafe?

wondering how long I need to wait before running tank water through the fittings I glued this morning?

I have used it within 15 minutes, it should be fully cured in 2 hours.

Immediately. I've glued something and put in the water 2 minutes later. No Problems!

I've done lots of small things and used it within 5 minutes.. If you just did a LOT of plumbing, then I'd say wait atleast 2 hours just in case.

I was told my hardware guys it cures within seconds and was safe to use immediately. I've never done it though.
