How to feed corals

How and what should i feed these corals?

Polyps (dunno what species yet)
Mushrooms (dunno what species yet)
Leather coral (dunno what species yet)
Branching Frogspawn
Maxima Clam

Sorry that i dont have the species names, they will be under 150watt mh, 15 watt NO actinic, 6 blue and 6 white LED lighting.

Ive read things like spot feeding but i have no idea what that means so if possible, could you tell me step by step how to feed?

It is not necessary to feed any of them other than maybe the polyps. Can't say for sure without knowing what it is.
