I have a FW 20 gallon long that I want to convert to SW, I already have an AC 50(200), I just want to keep LPs and softies, what else do I need for flow?

Shoot for 20x + Tank volume. 400 + gallons. A Couple of the smaller Hydor Koralias should do the trick.

The smallest Koralia I've found is rated at 400 gph, this combined with my AC50 should be enough flow, right? Would it just be better to use powerheads?

Right now in my 20L I have an AC110 and a koralia 1. I'm going to add a koralia 2 and remove the ac110 after i install my sump.

For just softies and lps, two koralia 1s would work great.

So that wouldn't be too much flow with each koralia pumping about 400 GPH? That's 800 gph total...

With your HOB filter you would be fine with an additional powerhead like a Maxijet 900. If you want a ton of flow get two Maxijet 900s. A Maxijet 900 is 8.5 watts and 230 GPH.
