What is a god Fuge light for cheap?

How cheap and how big of a tank ?

If its a HOB unit one of the clip on lights (JBJ) will suffice.
If its a dedicated tank an original hood (ie marineland) with incandescants or a flourescent fixture will also work.

Need more info to help ya.
