Pump for 40g

I am setting up a 40g bow front with sump, skimmer, refrugium, 2 bulkhead overflows, etc. I would like some suggestions on a good pump.

I bought a Mag 7 for my 40 gal tall. It was recomended to me by several people. Did a test run last weekend and with some tweeking turned out to be great.
