For those of you using the Large grain Gen-x material, what type of effluent PH are you needing to dissolve it? Thanks!!

Technically, anything below 7 will cause it to begin dissolving. The lower the pH the faster it dissolves. The pH of the effluent is dependent on the needs of your particular tank; all tanks are different and have different requirements for calcium and such.
Oh, I used to live about a mile from Hooters off Amb Caffery and Congress. Damn those summers were brutal (humidity.)

I got my reactor set at around 6.7 in the primary using the GenX media.

Let me know how the GenX works for you, I've had a container for months but still have ARM in the reactor.
