Any way to bump up the 30% on 7095?

Anyone who knows may answer; I don't need it straight from the man. On the 7095 controller, is there a way to increase the low end of the pulse mode from 30% to say 50%? As one pump pulses from 60%-100% in six second intervals, the other idles at 30%; I want to increase this idle and don't see how. It's probably embedded in the software, but I thought I might find an easy answer.

I think they can be set anywhere between 30% and 100%.

On Interval 2 it isn't possible but you could use pulse mode and set one pump to pulse at 50%-50% and the other to pulse 60% to 100% it isn't quite the same though.
