My media is starting to melt away now and its now 3/4 full and I was wondering if I should just top off the media or replace everything. Thanks!

What do you mean melting away? If you have the pH in the reaction chamber<6.3 or so then you are dissolving it way too quickly. Keep pH between 6.4 and 6.7

its set at 6.6-6.7 with a ph controller and its been in there for almost a year, dissolving, melting, basically the media is going buh-bye slowly

Just top it off.

As long as its not mush just top it off.

I would replace all of the old media. As the media melts down it creates channels through the media mush making the reactor less efficient. I have a GEO reactor with a controller set to 6.5 PH and have to replace the media every six months. I am currently using ARM media.

washngtond thats the problem go to a large grain like SCHURAN you will get better results from that product and it will not turn to mush like arm
