ust wondering what everyone else was currently using.. I just burned out the motor on one of my old baldor's... Are most using cordless? Or is everyone still using corded roto tools..

Any recommendations with pros and cons would be much appreciated?

Which diamond cutting wheels are you guys using? .75" or 1.5"?

I use the cheap diamond wheels from harbor freight tools.
Dremel but with a cord. The cordless are overrated.

any rotery tool should do about 30k RPM. Cheep and corded. you should be able to get one under $25 at HD. Brand doesn't matter for this application. Having a snake neck is nice.
Once again, corded and cheep is what your looking for.

If you have a Costco membership (and one near you) they have a kit for about $25 with a lots of bits, including a diamond wheel.
