T5HO's in a luminarc..still need indevidual reflectors?

Ok so Im planning on adding some T5HO suppliments to my 400w 20k xm. I have a custom luminarc style reflector that I can put the T5 bulbs inside of, but im wondering if I should bother getting the indevidual reflectors for the T5's being that they are going to be mounted in a big reflector.

I can see the reflectors blocking some of the light from the halide, but also possibly getting more light into the tank from the T5's(they will be 12k's)

any advice?

t5s work better in the individual parabolic reflectors. Icecap I was told is the best.
