T5 Retro - Ice cap

Hello - I just bought a T5 retro system from ReefGeek with 660 ballast. All the bulbs fired when i first wired. However, after insalling into my canapoy only the first 2 bulbs fire for 1 second and then all are off. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

recheck your wireing, and also double check that the bulbs are seated firmly into the endcaps.
