what do you use block debris from sump going back into the tank??

i have a problem when cleanning my skimmer the the water in the sump stur up alittle bit the all those little debris blowing back into the tank,,so just wonder what do you use to block all that little debris?? thanks\

I never used to use a filter sock but so much debris was getting into my sump that I started to use one. I change it every week when I do the water change.

i pound some filter sock but don't know which to get there are 100 microns and 200 microns,,,what is different??which one should i get for blocking fine debris? help please thanks
