Marine Cuisine adequate nutrition?

I just got my first Anthias. In the first few days i fed them frozen mysis then the next day
Marine Cuisine frozen food. They ate the mysis pretty good but I felt they really went after the marine cuisine. Is this adequate nutrition for all the fish to live on this alone. I was feeding prime reef flakes before the anthias and all the fish loved that but I dont think Anthias will eat flake food. I have a yellow tang ,2 clowns and 2 damsels.
