I have a 20 gallon tank and was wondering if anyone knows of a good hang on protein skimmer that doesnt cost a fortune thanks for the help.

The Tunze Nano 9002 isn't a hang on. The AquaC Remora is a hang on, they have a Nano version for about $130.

look on ebay , there are tons of skimmers for very low prices, only thing is they might be used.

Use a refugium like the CPR AquaFuge PS. This will give you a refugium and skimmer in one hang-on unit. Unless you need a bio-filter, then look at the BAk-Pak 2 hang-on.
