SCWD and microbubbles

does anyone have one of these and have no microbubbles? how did you do it? ive completely elimintaed the pump/sump as a problem and since i can see some salt creep by my scwd in geussing thats the reason. correct me if im wrong but please help :)

How long has it been up and running? I just made a few plumbing changes on my tank and wha-lah....micro bubbles again.

It seems to take some time for the pipes to break in.

months, but i have been playing with it a bit to get it to stop

I have no problems with my SCWD, all my plumbing is pretty straight forward and my pump is internal though..
