I have the Maxcap 90 gpd ro\di unit. It is currently filling my new tank. I have low pressure, of about 20 psi as opposed to the suggested psi. I realize that I will not achieve 90gpd running it at 20 psi and without the booster pump that I need. But is running it at 20 psi in any way producing impure water or damaging the system?

When your pressure is THAT low, you really need to consider a booster pump. At such low pressures, membranes do not do quite as well rejection-wise, but it won't damage the system. It will put a greater load on the DI carts and they won't last as long as expected.

But I just filled my new tank, is this water okay? Or is it in some way impure?

Which booster pump would you suggest I use?
