can't get shield off T-5 fixture

I just got the 36" Aquatinic 5 bub fixture. How the heck do you get the acrylic shield out to put in the bulbs? There is not enough play or flex to pop it out and I don't see any slot. What am I missing? Do I need to unscrew something?

Never mind, I looked at the old posts and found out that I do have to remove the screws Like the fixture and the quality of the light. It would be nice to have a slot on the end so the acrylic could just be slid in and out without busting out the tool box. Would make cleaning it a lot easier and swapping bulbs too. Just an idea for the future generations :)
