I came home this evening and my Manadarin Dragonet was in the pair of Tomato Clown's corner pale and still,I thought she was dead,I turned the light on and she regained her color and went back to eating pods,I haven't heard of this happening,Is this normal? Thanks :(

Tank stat:
-55g Fowlr
-50-60lbs. of LR
-Refugium over grown with cheato and pods.
-Running for 2 years
-Medicating for CyanoBacteria

I have many fish who appear more pale when the lights first come on and then color up. I don't own a mandarin but my guess would be that your fish was sleeping. I would still do a complete water test to make sure nothing is out of whack. If its still acting normal and everything tests out okay, I would not worry too much.
