2 55g prop tanks with sump and fuge

anybody got any ideas on how to drill and connect 2 55's and connect a sump and fuge to them?

pics or drawing would be very helpful.

oh! almost forgot the 55 r on a double stand one over top of the other.

also what size drain and return would anybody recommend

I think I would have 1 tank 6-8" higher than the other. Have it drain into the lower tank, have the lower tank drain into sump and return to the higher tank.

Or just drill a hole in both tanks at the same measurement and connect a union fitting between them

im doing the same set up with 30longs
its going to be:
reef/ soft coral frag tank/ clean water from sump
-----
sps frag tank/ dirty sps tank
------
sump
------

I am connecting my 90g reef tank with a 50g frag tank with my sump. but i planed to connect them both just to the sump and then both return go back to the sump. i think that will work....
