I have a very healthy big ball of cheato in a 20g fuge---takes up about a third of the fuge. I wonder, however, since it's too big to rotate, if I'd be better off cutting it into quarters and letting the current rotate it---would it grow faster? As is, I turn it once a week by hand. It has very stiff competition from the confounded grape caulerpa that is the plague of my display, and anything I can do belowstairs to give the cheato an edge in the light and nutrient wars, I want to do.
