Tx5?

Would the 36in Tx5 fixtures be able to cover the whole area of a 36x24x18 size tank? I would prefer to use the mounting fixtures rather than hanging the fixture. I was just curious to see if it would be able to light the entire width of the tank. I'm trying to make a decision because my tank should be arriving in a few weeks.

The 36" TX5 would light your tank with no trouble. I would keep higher light corals in the top half. You could also put the fixture directly on top of your tank with no fear of heat. Hope this helps
