Help water won't stop

I have ASOV setup but, water won't stop for some reason. I know ASOV still works before entering DI (water shuts off), but after DI it won't stop... there is some bubble in the DI container, is bubble causing problem?

Do you have a float valve or any shutoff after the DI?
