Dosing Amino Acid

I have been doing it for two years but can't really see the benefits of it. I just urchased a new container but it is vitamin B and amino acid. Any users out there with comments?

I think aminoacid is a waste of money. I think that all aminos are not created equally! Many amino products lack the aminos that have ever been been proven to be used in corals.
