if a 1" bulk head drains about 600 gph than how much would a 3/4" bulkhead drain???

I believe a 3/4" would drain about 350 gph. Of course lots of 90 turns or loops/bends will slow it down

It really depends on how much head pressure you have on the bulkhead. But in general a 3/4 inch bulkhead has .44 square inches of open space, while the 1 inch has .79 square inches of open space, so everthing being the same, the 3/4 inch will flow about 55% of the flow that the 1 inch flows.
